Kunle qualified from the University of Lagos Dental School in 1994 and obtained his first fellowship qualification in orthodontics in 2004 (FMCDS Ortho) and was appointed Consultant Orthodontistand Head of Dental department at the State House Clinic Abuja, a post he held till 2006 when he retired to relocate to the United Kingdom having obtained full registration to practice dentistry in the UK in 2005.
After working for six years in the North West of England where he founded the orthodontic unit in a multi-specialty practice in Burnley, East Lancashire, Kunle then proceeded for his second Postgraduate orthodontic specialty training andenrolled at the University of Edinburgh where he obtained a Masters degree in Orthodontics and the Membership in Orthodontics of the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh.
Kunle has a special interest in multi-disciplinary adult orthodontic treatment, management of Class III malocclusion, impacted teeth and missing teeth (hypodontia); interceptive orthodontics and Clear aligner treatments (Invisalign). He is a member of the British Orthodontic Society and Fellow of the World Federation of Orthodontists.
As a hobby, Kunle is a keen chess enthusiast (2008 winner of Best player award for East Lancashire Chess league Division III), a budding pianist and golfer.
